Poké THON Marinade Asiatique // Asian Style TUNA Poke Bowl

Ingredients

FRANÇAIS
  • 1 boîte de cubes de thon à Poke Grizzly
  • ½ tasse d’edamames, blanchis
  • 1 mangue, coupée en julienne
  • ½ concombre coupé en mince ruban sur la longueur
  • 1 carotte, coupée en julienne
  • 2 radis coupés en rondelles
  • 1 carambole coupée en tranches fines
  • 1 petite orange coupée en suprêmes
  • 1 tasse ½ de riz à sushi
  • Marinade asiatique Grizzly
ENGLISH
  • 1 box of Poke Grizzly Tuna cubes
  • ½ cup edamame, blanched
  • 1 mango, julienned
  • ½ cucumber cut into thin strips, lengthwise
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 radishes cut into rings
  • 1 starfruit cut into thin slices
  • 1 small orange, cut into small cubes
  • 1 ½ cups sushi rice
  • Grizzly Asian Marinade

FRANÇAIS

  1. Cuire le riz à sushi, selon les indications du fabricant.
  2. Blanchir les edamames, les égoutter, puis réserver.
  3. Mélanger les cubes de thon avec la marinade asiatique. Laisser macérer pendant 15 minutes dans le réfrigérateur.
  4. Couper la mangue, la carotte, le concombre, le radis, la carambole et l’orange.
  5. Répartir le riz dans 2 bols, puis déposer les légumes et le thon.

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the manufacturer's directions.
  2. Blanch the edamame, drain them, then set aside.
  3. Mix the tuna cubes with the Asian marinade.
  4. Macerate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Cut the mango, carrot, cucumber, radish, star fruit and orange.
  6. Divide the rice in 2 bowls, then divide the vegetables and the tuna over the rice.
