Join Ocean Wise seafood and Centennial College as we dive in to an exciting evening with Ocean Wise Chef Ned Bell. Chef Bell will serve up some delicious sustainable seafood based recipes from his new cookbook, LURE.
This highly anticipated book launch will be held at the spectacular 20,000 square foot Event Centre on the 8th floor of the new School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts at Centennial College, with views of the city’s skyline. The LURE launch will be a delicious and engaging night to remember with food stations and SHTCA chefs and students working alongside Chef Ned Bell, learning about and sharing in the world of ocean-friendly seafood.
Guests will receive a copy of LURE with the purchase of each ticket and meet Ned to get it signed, all while enjoying an evening of ocean-friendly seafood based on recipes from LURE.
